Do you put your whole body, including head (hair) in the water? Do you rinse with your normal soap after the 20 minute soak? Sorry maybe dumb questions but I want to do it correctly
You put your whole body in the soak. I generally shower and wash my hair before I step into the prepared soak. I have long hair so I wrap it up in a towel as I soak. Enjoy . . .
