In part one of this blog series you were introduced to the Archangels of Love and Romance and how to get to know them.
This post will show you how to work with a special group of Angels known as the Angels of Love and Light. These beautiful angels have been assigned by the Archangels of and Romance to help you find the your perfect soul other.

Who are the Angels of Love and Light?
The Angels of Love and Light are a group of angels who have been assigned to help people find their ideal soulmate relationships. Not only do they help you find your perfect life partner, but they also help you to maintain a healthy, loving relationship.
The Angels of Love and Light are an incredible asset for many reasons. They offer you guidance, support, tools, as well as techniques to help you to discover your perfect other.
One of the most important aspects about the Angels of Love and Light is that their primary goal is to make sure that your soul relationship promotes the highest long-term good for everyone concerned.
This is love: to fly toward a secret sky, to cause a hundred veils to fall each moment. First to let go of life. Finally, to take a step without feet. ~ Rumi
How to Work with the Angels of Love and Light
Working with the Angels of Love and Light is a fun, easy, and enjoyable process. All you need to get started is a notepad and pen, and a quiet place to sit for a period of 10 to 15 minutes. Preferably this place should be somewhere where you will not be disturbed by people, pets, and the telephone.
The Angels of Love and Light impart messages to you through your thoughts, emotions, symbols, and other visual imagery. Although you do not need to have highly developed intuitive faculties to receive their messages it does help to lessen the communication learning curve.
Connect with the Angels of Love and Light with these 4 Steps:
1. Pray to the Angels of Love and Light for their assistance: “Angels of Love and Light, thank you for coming along side me today and for giving me the insight I need to find my perfect soul other (or to deepen my relationship with my partner). I am open and willing to receive your insights right now. Thank you! It is done! Amen!”
2. Write a question to the Angels of Love and Light on the top of a piece of paper, for example: If I knew what is currently blocking me from discovering my soulmate what would that be?
3. Quietly focus on the question, and write down everything that comes to you, even if it is one or two words. Honor everything that comes through for you. Do not censor anything – just write it down. When there is no longer any flow of information this is a signal to stop writing.
4. Let your channeled wisdom incubate. This next step is the hardest – close your notebook, or turn your notepad over and don’t read what you have written for at least 15 to 2o minutes! Resist the urge to correct any spelling errors, or to add or subtract information! I suggest that you go out for a walk, play with your dog or cat, or anything else for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then feel free to come back and read what you had written.
As with any new skill, it may take you a bit of time to get used to receiving information this way, so continue to practice. It will get easier for you within a short period of time.
The first time my friend Anna tried this exercise, using the same question I used in the example above she told me she was disappointed. She stated that the other people in the class I was giving seemed to writing tons of information and all she received was, “Relax. You are trying too hard.”
She wrote the words down in her journal but dismissed them as her own self-encouraging thoughts. However, after she came back from a 10 minute walk she realized that it was indeed the information she needed to hear. What was blocking her from discovering her soul mate was that she was trying to hard!
When working with the Archangels of Love and Romance, or with the Angels of Love and Light opening yourself to receive their energy vibrations in your living space is extremely important. One way to do this is to create sacred space in your home in the form of an Angelic Love Altar.
